Products are offered only for laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Where can I find product documents?
When available, original supplier-provided files appear in the Quality & Documentation section of the product page.
Can I see products I previously purchased?
Yes. Signed-in customers can view order history and purchased products from My Account.
When is shipping calculated?
A shipping charge is not added before the required shipping information is available. If shipping is disabled or included by the store, the order remains at the product total minus valid discounts.
How do I update my email or password?
Open My Account and use the Profile or Password sections. Password changes require the current password.
